Red Hood character inspired by ABC 7 News anchors
WJLA ABC-7 News host Robert Burton interviewed Shawn about his new series, “Red Hood: The Hill” for DC Comics and introducing the new character of journalist/ news host, “Denise Harlowe” to Gotham City.
When writing and creating the look of “Denise Harlowe” with artist Tony Akins, Shawn drew inspiration from real-life Washington, D.C., ABC 7 News anchors, Adrianna Hopkins and Michelle Marsh.
“Red Hood: The Hill” is in stores now.
