Red Hood: The Hill Collected Edition
DC Comics collects Shawn’s eight part, “Red Hood: The Hill” series for a February 2025 release.
“Red Hood: The Hill” features the popular Batman vigilante the “Red Hood” and is set in the Gotham City neighborhood known as “The Hill”. Originally created by writer Christopher Priest and illustrated by Shawn in “Batman: The Hill” released in 1999, “The Hill” was known as one of the most dangerous parts of Gotham.
Twenty plus year later, Shawn writes “Red Hood: The Hill”.
Following the events of the fan-favorite storyline “Joker War”, “Red Hood: The Hill” focuses on a neighborhood changed by gentrification and the battle between a group of vigilantes and a new, rising criminal element. Their conflict captures the attention of The Batman, who joins forces with The Red Hood in an effort to stop this potential chaos from spreading to greater Gotham.
“Red Hood: The Hill” is illustrated by artists Tony Akins and Sanford Greene with colors by Matt Herms and lettering by Troy Perteri.
